Items must be inspected upon receipt. Any major discrepancy between the item description and its actual condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What Constitutes a Valid Refund Request:

Undisclosed significant damage not mentioned in the listing

Item is non-functional (for appliances and electronics) despite being described as working
What Is Not Eligible for Refund:

Refund Process:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear photos documenting the discrepancy

If approved, return shipping will be at the buyer's expense

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item's condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs)
